Inputs:
- name
- date
- category (Push, Pull, Legs, Sport)
- reps (total or per exercise)
- duration (optional)

From these inputs, the system renders a unique visual card

Visuals are controlled by a selected mode:
Bullish, War, Watch, or Beauty.
Mode affects appearance only.

Alke Arc is not a tracker.
It is a constraint system that converts action into proof.
