1. Overview

This policy describes what data Alke Arc collects, why, and how it is handled. Alke Arc is operated by George Longovitis. We collect very little data and do not sell or share it.

2. What we collect

Purchase data (via Gumroad)
When you buy a license, your email address and payment are handled by Gumroad. We do not store your payment details. Gumroad's own privacy policy governs that transaction.

License data (via Supabase)
We store your license key and its active status in our database (Supabase) to validate your access. Your email is stored alongside your license key for support purposes. This data is retained for as long as your license is active.

Anonymous usage analytics (via Vercel Analytics)
We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, cookieless page view statistics — page visits, country-level location, device type, and referrer. No personal data is collected or stored. This cannot be used to identify you.

Global workout counter
When you generate a card, aggregate workout totals (reps, km, mi, minutes) are added to a single shared counter displayed on the landing page. This counter is not linked to your identity in any way.

3. What we do not collect

We do not collect health data, exercise records, biometrics, or any information about how you use the app beyond what is listed above. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising. We do not sell or share your data with anyone except the sub-processors listed below.

4. Sub-processors

Gumroad — payment processing and license key delivery
Supabase — license key storage and validation
Vercel — hosting and anonymous analytics
Cloudflare R2 — background image hosting (no personal data)

5. GDPR

If you are in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us and we will respond within 30 days. In practice, the only personal data we hold is your email and license key — both of which can be deleted on request.

6. Cookies

Alke Arc does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Your license key is stored in your browser's localStorage solely to keep you logged in. Vercel Analytics is cookieless by design.

7. Children's privacy

Alke Arc is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
