0. Overview

These terms govern your use of Alke Arc and the website at alke.gkogko.app. By purchasing or using Alke Arc, you agree to these terms. Alke Arc is operated by George Longovitis.

1. Disclaimer

The boring bit: Alke Arc turns your stats into a card. Your work, to-do list, you name it. It's a statement, not a coach, business mentor, or anything else. We don't verify what you tell it, so treat your card as personal, not official. Full terms below.

2. Who you're contracting with

Alke Arc is operated by George Longovitis, sole trader, based in Athens, Greece.

If the business is later transferred to a company owned or controlled by George Longovitis, these terms transfer with it and continue to apply unchanged.

3. What Alke Arc is

Alke Arc is a browser-based workout card generator. You log your exercises, choose a visual style, and generate a shareable card. It is not a fitness tracking platform, medical device, or substitute for professional fitness or medical advice.

4. License

Upon subscribing, you receive access to Alke Arc for the duration of your active subscription. Access is non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or distribute your account credentials. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent the access system.

5. Subscription and payment

Alke Arc is offered as a monthly subscription. Plans are Free, Pro ($9/mo), and Team ($35/mo). Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Stripe sends an automatic receipt to your email address upon each renewal charge.

6. Price changes

We may change the price of Alke Arc. If we do, you'll be told at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the new price only applies from your next renewal. You're free to cancel before then.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry over several days. If it still fails, access is suspended and the subscription is cancelled. Resubscribe anytime.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Manage Billing section in the app. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle, except as provided in Section 9.

9. Right of withdrawal and refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of your first payment, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days via our feedback form, 𝕏 @GLongovitis, or the email address on your Stripe purchase receipt. Upon confirmed withdrawal, your access will be revoked and a full refund issued. This right applies to your first subscription payment only.

10. Availability and discontinuation

Alke Arc is a small tool run by one person. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and changes to third-party services we depend on (Stripe, Supabase, OpenAI, fal.ai) may temporarily affect functionality. We'll fix what we can.

If we discontinue Alke Arc entirely, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice, stop billing, and refund the unused portion of your current billing period.

11. Access and deactivation

We reserve the right to deactivate accounts used in violation of these terms. If your account is deactivated following a refund or a violation, access to the app will be revoked immediately.

12. Limitation of liability & health disclaimer

Alke Arc is a card generator, not a medical device, fitness program, or source of health advice. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Exercise carries inherent risk. If you have injuries, pain, or any medical condition, consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program. Always use common sense and stop immediately if something feels wrong.

We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of Alke Arc or from exercise activities you choose to perform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Alke Arc. Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from Alke Arc is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Acceptable use

You may not use Alke Arc for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others. We reserve the right to deactivate accounts used in violation of these terms.

14. Third-party services

Alke Arc depends on services we don't control — payment processing (Stripe), data storage (Supabase), hosting (Vercel), and AI processing (OpenAI, fal.ai). We're not responsible for their failures, downtime, or their own terms.

15. Intellectual property

Alke Arc, including all design, code, and content, is owned by George Longovitis. Your subscription grants you access to use the service but it does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. Cards you generate are yours. No content you input gives you any claim over the platform.

AI-generated images are produced from the subject and style you provide. We do not allow generating explicit, sexual, or otherwise NSFW content through Alke Arc. If you attempt to do so, the request will still be processed and will count against your monthly credits — you may receive a sanitized, unrelated, or otherwise unexpected image instead of what you asked for.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from your use of Alke Arc shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
