These terms govern your use of Alke Arc and the website at alkearc.app. By purchasing or using Alke Arc, you agree to these terms. Alke Arc is operated by George Longovitis.

2. What Alke Arc is

Alke Arc is a browser-based workout card generator. You log your exercises, choose a visual style, and generate a shareable card. It is not a fitness tracking platform, medical device, or substitute for professional fitness or medical advice.

3. License

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-transferable license key that grants you the right to use Alke Arc on your personal devices. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent the license system.

4. Updates

Your license includes all future updates to Alke Arc at no additional cost.

5. Pricing and payment

Alke Arc is sold as a one-time payment of $10. Payment is processed by Gumroad. We do not store your payment details.

6. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated.

7. Access and deactivation

We reserve the right to deactivate license keys used in violation of these terms, or for any other reason at our discretion. If your key is deactivated following a refund or a violation, access to the app will be revoked.

8. Limitation of liability & health disclaimer

Alke Arc is a card generator — not a medical device, fitness program, or source of health advice. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Exercise carries inherent risk. If you have injuries, pain, or any medical condition, consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program. Always use common sense and stop immediately if something feels wrong.

We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of Alke Arc or from exercise activities you choose to perform.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use Alke Arc for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others. We reserve the right to deactivate licenses used in violation of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
